One Bloor West is an 85-storey, 308.6-metre residential tower at 1 Bloor Street West, Toronto — Canada's first supertall building. Formerly known as The One, the project is now managed by Tridel, reconfigured around 411 larger luxury residences, with interim occupancy anticipated for Spring 2027 and completion in early 2028.
